How it works

From order to documented visit

You call

Tell us the procedure and the doctor or clinic involved. No order yet? We'll explain what's required.

We assess

We confirm whether it is nursing scope or medical scope, and route it accordingly.

We schedule

We confirm the date, the home setup needed, and any preparation instructions.

The visit happens

A registered nurse — or a partner-clinic clinician — attends. We document and report back to your doctor.

×Initiate IV therapy outside our partner-clinic arrangement
×Administer vaccinations outside our partner-clinic arrangement
×Perform any procedure without a valid doctor's order where one is required
