Home nursing

Skilled nursing at home, by the hour or by the day.

Care that requires nursing judgement — delivered by Singapore Nursing Board–registered nurses, for post-discharge, post-surgical, complex chronic, and palliative situations.

Who it's for

When a family needs a nurse

Not companionship or housekeeping — care that requires nursing judgement.

Post-discharge recovery

Wound care, drain management, medication regimens, observation in the weeks after a hospital stay.

Post-surgical care

Dressings, catheter care, mobility support, monitoring for complications.

Complex chronic care

Daily nursing for conditions like stroke recovery, advanced diabetes, kidney disease, COPD.

Palliative care at home

Comfort care, symptom management, family support.

Round-the-clock cases

12-hour or 24-hour nursing shifts where someone needs to be present and clinically capable.

Unsure? Just call

If you're not sure whether your situation needs a nurse, call us. We'll listen and tell you honestly.

How dispatch works

From your call to the first visit

You call

A team member picks up and listens — clinical context, schedule, location, urgency.

We assess

We confirm the care level, the hours, and any doctor's orders. We walk you through what's needed.

We match

We assign a nurse whose experience fits the case — wound care, palliative, stroke recovery, dementia.

We dispatch

The nurse arrives. Care begins. We stay in touch through the case.

What's outside our scope
We provide nursing care, not medical practice. Our nurses do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. Where a medical procedure is required, it is performed by your doctor, or arranged through our partner clinic, {{Partner Clinic Legal Name}}, HCSA Licence No. {{Licence No.}}. If a situation needs hospital-level care, we will tell you and help you get there.
Reach us

One call. One registered nurse. That’s usually all it takes.

We answer the phone around the clock. For urgent cases, most dispatches start within hours.
