Health screening at home

Full-panel screenings, in your home.

A registered nurse handles the visit and the sample collection; the test panels, lab work, and doctor's report are provided by our partner clinic.

This page is advertised on behalf of {{Partner Clinic Legal Name}}, HCSA Licence No. {{Licence No.}}.

Why families choose home screening

Only the venue changes.

Most screenings are short — twenty to forty minutes for the visit, with results in the days that follow. The screening itself, the tests, and the medical report are the same as a clinic visit.

  • Comfort for elderly family

Who would find a clinic visit tiring, or who have mobility limits at home.

  • Schedule control

For working families who can't take a half-day off.

  • One coordinated visit

For couples or multi-generation households booking together.

  • Familiar surroundings

For anyone anxious about clinical settings.

What happens during the screening

From booking to your medical report

You call to book

Tell us the tier, the address, and the preferred date. We confirm fasting requirements and any preparation needed.

Pre-screening preparation

For tiers that include fasting tests (most of them), you'll need to fast for 8–10 hours beforehand. We'll send a written reminder.

The home visit

A registered nurse arrives at the agreed time. Vital signs are taken, blood samples are drawn, urine and stool samples are collected if relevant. Usually 20–40 minutes.

Sample handling

Samples are transported to the partner clinic's accredited laboratory the same day.

Results

The lab and the partner clinic's doctor produce the medical report. Results are sent to you — and, if you've nominated one, to your family doctor — within the lab's standard turnaround time.

Doctor's review

For the Gold tier, you have the option to add a teleconsult to walk through your results. For the other tiers, your own doctor — or our partner clinic — can review the report with you.

What's outside our scope
OneMed nurses handle the home visit and the sample collection under the partner clinic’s protocols. We don’t interpret screening results, prescribe treatment, or make medical recommendations. Interpretation and any follow-up care are between you, your doctor, and the partner clinic — {{Partner Clinic Legal Name}}, HCSA Licence No. {{Licence No.}}.
