OneMed was founded by Gariel Tan, who personally oversees nurse recruitment and case matching. Every family that calls us is talking to a team that knows the clinical context — not a call centre.

Most of our nurses have spent years in Singapore's public or private hospitals. Bedside experience matters when a judgement call has to be made at 2am.
We sit with every candidate before they meet a family — checking credentials, references, and case-handling judgement.
We provide nursing care at home, under the direction of your doctor where required. We assist with daily activities, medication administration, wound dressings, catheter and tube management, mobility, observation, and family training.
We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. Medical procedures and prescriptions are handled by your doctor, or — for screenings and clinical procedures we can arrange — by our partner clinic, {{Partner Clinic Legal Name}}, HCSA Licence No. {{Licence No.}}. If a case requires care beyond the scope of nursing at home, we’ll tell you, and help coordinate the next step.
We answer the phone around the clock. For urgent cases, most dispatches start within hours.
